Compliance Track is a spinoff from Primeapple Limited. Primeapple specialises in document management solutions with more than 1500 customers and 35 resellers around the world.Compliance Track as a solution was initially conceived and developed in 2007 and was rigorously tested in live environment of a pilot customer for 18 months. Compliance Track as a company was registered and the first version of the product was released for public usage in May 2009.

In the early days of his career, he worked with the team, which made the Java programming language at Javasoft.
