How do you assign more users to a policy after it is approved?

Once a policy is approved, it is not possible to change or assign users to that policy from the Policy Assignment tab in Policy Management.

This enforcement gives the approver a level of certainty that at the time of approval policy assignment is also up-to-date.

However, you can add users or departments for Policies from the Setup page with System Administrator privileges.
