How is Compliance Track licensed?

Compliance Track is licensed in the Software as a Service (SaaS) model in majority of customer situations. However, Compliance Track is available as an on-premise installed application also if required.

Compliance Track Software as a Service (SaaS) licensing

Licensing is calculated based on the number of users per year using the system. Licensing per user corresponds to two types of users – ordinary users and manager users.

License fee is calculated depending on the specific number of users and the number of years of subscription. Once you login for a trial, you can create a quote for your company using the subscription control panel by entering the number of users/subscription period etc.

One can assign four types of authorization for users to Compliance Track, they are 1) No Access 2) User 3) Creator and 4) System Administrator.

From a licensing perspective, "Creator" and "System Administrator" comes into the category of "Managers". For example, a compliance manager who creates the policies, compliance tests etc, should be a "Manager" user.

"No Access" user cannot login into the system, however all the work he did remains for future reference. For example, if an employee resigns, his access level can be converted to "No Access". In this way, all his activities relating to policies can still be preserved if required for legal reasons.

"User" is the ordinary user of the system who can affirm policies, add compliance test results, undergo e-learning training etc.

"Creator" has all access except "Setup" facilities.

"System Administrator" has potential to access to all the functionalities.
